How he responded to Rev. Wright--not taking the bait or the well-worn  political 'distancing' track--gave me more hope for the future than any political moment in years.  Well, that and having a wife who thinks/writes/acts as above and a son who sees with the clarity of young eyes give me hope. I saw my first one just above an NRA sticker on the back of a Jeep.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seeing it made me wonder if I'd missed a lot of McCain message: It was small, conservative and uninspired.
