Wasn't "Open Sores" a term Vincent Flanders coined in chapter 14 of his second book, "Son of Web Pages that Suck" to describe the whiners behind the movement?

Hmmm ... guess he was more right than he realized.

Hey look, it's bad enough I've had the owership of the Christian blogosphere thrust upon my shoulders -- now you make me out to be a god?

I don't think so (nor do I really want to stand near you during an electrical storm).

Kidding aside - the issues I have are with the business model, that they're herding cats, that it doesn't appear to be a full time endeavor.

Hopefully, I'll be proven wrong - but I doubt it.

Ahem ... ahemm .... AAAAHHHEEEMM ...

Let's do it in/near D.C. next year - and let's hope whomever is organizing invites some of the God-bloggers in the trenches.

Actually, I had planned on attending but was told 'no thanks' last year when they were seeking someone to speak on church blogging.
