Regardless of the content of the interview Father Pfleger is a brilliant arguer.


On top of that, Father Pfleger's thoughts and opinions are so intelligent and are such a good "defense" of Rev. Wright, as if that was necessary.



I thought the example of a church service being a family gathering was great along with the Jesse Ventura analogy.



Contrary to popular belief there are many if not most Catholic priests on the same page as Father Pfleger.

The thing is, Obama is not running against Bill Clinton or at least shouldn't be. So I don't know if the criticisms against him are valid. I really do think he has proven himself to be caring of his fellow man, it's Hillary that hasn't proven herself. Honestly I can't fault him for falling asleep in church considering I've done it many times myself but wasn't on the altar at the time. As for the postcard I would imagine he picked it because his grandmother gave the postcards to him to write to her with and it mentioned Hope, Arkansas. He did use a Lincoln stamp. I wouldn't exactly match Clinton with Trent Lott.

I would vote HRC unless it was an all New York race (Guiliani and Clinton) and then Bloomberg got in. I would vote for him if it was between those three.


The thing I think people need to remember that if Obama gets the nomination it's not like all the people Clinton was going to bring on, have on her staff would just disappear. They would go with the nomination. Are you telling me Wesley Clark would tell Obama to f-off if Hillary didn't win. Or, Bill Clinton wouldn't campaign for Obama?

I think he made it clear that it was a political maneuver and it was 100 times out of 4,000.

Is this a huge issue in SC? I could see bringing this up in CA or NY but are the more conservative voters of SC going to see this as a negative?

After we saw Why Did I Get Married? I was wondering if Bill was going to do a review on that (but honestly it would be hard to look at Why Did I Get Married? objectively and ignore the 8 Soul Plane look-alikes previewed before the movie).


I heard the same thing about the assassination of a Black president and you can look at it in 2 ways.



One thing the Bush administration has done is beef up security (at least in theory). So a Black president will be as secure as any President in history.



OR just take the Dave Chappelle route and just appoint a Mexican Vice-President.
