Hi Jason,

yes, we have a 24/7 live chat support on our site. Just click on the nice blond girl and you'll get straight to one of the THC members. :)

Don't you worry Simon. The minute Php6 and MySQL6 are out, we'll grab them! Our clients only get the best.

in Sometimes Cheaper IS Better on John Cow dot COM
John, thank you for the excellent review. I was very pleased to read it. You are right about the permalink structure - that's sadly something we can no longer change for the blog. If we do, all backlinks we built in time will be lost. You probably know that redirects have no SEO value at all. But the permalink structure is not the most important SEO issue for a blog. There are other SEO aspects we take care of to compensate. The permalink structure doesn't hurt the SE positioning of our blog now. :)

Dom, you just bring on the traffic and you'll see that the "digg effect" is not something THC fears. On site content: we do not host adult content, erotica, racist or any illegal sites.

in Sigh. Not a spammer. — Elliott C. Back on Elliott Back's Blog
As I see you offer text link ads on your blog. Google is out to get anyone who does that, so if what you write about is not a real issue, monetizing your site by selling links is. Good that they have nofollow though. :)

Excellent. Maybe it would be better to put the sponsorship info directly on the site? (you know instead of forcing potential sponsors to contact via email?) Just a thought.

in Ask’s Search Suggest is Hilarious — Elliott C. Back on Elliott Back's Blog
LOL, Elliott, this is probably the funniest SE related post I've ever read. Actually Google's suggest has its funny parts too, but Ask beats them by far. Yet Aks.com shows improvements in comparison to google. It goes more to the natural search - gives more "hakia-type" suggestions. Interesting.
