I feel as you have pointed out the money RO 5K is less. In the sense, anyone who feels that thier idea will be successful will go ahead and start up the business without waiting for BBIC to recognise.may be the main aim of BBIC is to encourage people to become entrepreneurs.
I am not sure banks in oman provide soft loans for young entrepreneurs, which can be a motivationa factor for people to start business.

It is also time to realize that the iraq people won't and can't stand on their own unless we as the invaders get out and let them take the lead! It will stand or fall on their own merrit! but Americans cannot afford to hold them up and prop them up for ever! It's already cost us more than we should have given! America should not be in the bussiness of building nations, only assisting nations to stand on their own two feet! If mccain could, he would keep us there forever just to have a war rageing. It what fires up his heart and soul! He jumped on the Russia/georgia war like a hungry tiger who must be feed to come alive! He scares me to death in thinking he could be allowed to lead this powerful nation!

Know that we are going to end this war, will they give Obama credit for the push to end it? I hear nothing on the news about how Obama was the one with several other Repub like chuck hagel an a few more who was pushing for this to take place! Their is a stark difference between Mccains plans to stay in Iraq for a long time, and Obama's plan to be out in 16 months! It's about time that America knows the trueth of who would and could lead this country in a safe respectable way!Obama's trip to Iraq gave the Iraqi leaders the boost and courage they needed to speak up to Bush/Channey/Mccain about with drawing. Now, I figure it's time the media tells the American people the trueth on who it was that has broughten this war to a very close closure, and who started the ball rolling! I think for once Fox news should be fair and balanced, as well as cnn!

This election reminds me of two presidents! the 15 th president James Bushman (sp?), A military man who got us mired down into the civil war, and allowed the south to secede from the union. Than our 16th president, a lawyer who ended slavery,ended the civil war and unified the nation.That lawyer/President was Abraham Lincon. Mccain the military hero, who graduated at the bottom of his class VS. Obama the Lawyer who graduated at the top of his class! These two men are like night and day----Old and young------Low tech, and high tech knowledge. Obama is a picture of calm, and mccain a very angry old man. Yes, this certainly is not the same maverick we knew in 2000. Age has taken it's toll on Senator Mccain. The campagne over tires him and he can't keep his facts straight or his anger and hurt in check. He's not trained in high tech, and his knowledge of the economy and his plans are weak. Our Senator Mccain and maverick thought his military resume was allhe would need. Sadly, people are finding out that his days have gone by bye, and the world has passed him and his old idea's up now. It's a younger mans job, and he's not fitting into to the position! It's jusst so sad!

I remembered the maverick John Mccain! The one who bucked the system, to get things done. This reporter expressed exactly how I have felt this last year! I felt bad about going from Republican to Demacrate. I fear of john mccain becomeing our president and endangering all of us, over rode my party loyalty. I do feel bad for the old man that he has become. I thought it was from Mental Illness, but as I listen to Racheal M, on the news talk, I realize Mccain had a lot of this in him already and could fool a lot of people. Now the high tech world has caught up with him, and part of what he use to use to fool us, has been mixed up in his mind and his mental illness. This seems to be what it has turned out to be! Attempts at lie and cover ups that turned into horrible gaffe's that us viewers where catching, while the media continued to cover it up, and surger coat it. What we didn't catch U-tube vedios did catch and put on loops for all to see. But, then there's times where we see his anger,confusion and his mental struggle to stay in control. It is so sad to see this once strong maverick turn into a sick mental case in front of our own eyes! Even the old like myself, have been able to see it clear! It's time the media stops trying to sheild him! The old reporters, and commentary's have to face the fact. For this old man sake, this country's sake, and for the sake of their family's! This old man cannot be our President!
