1-vista sucks. advantages for end user? none.
2-pinnacle pctv hd pro stick can be finicky. I've several systems. 1 out 4, which was a gateway, the chipset was in conflict, it worked, but I got audio lag. The rest of the systems worked fine. Download the latest version of tvcenter pro....it helps.
3-it was only $50
4-works perfect on my dual monitor setups...i can watch tv on the right side, while surfing the web and checking email on the left.

It's number of jobs created from $1 billion spent. It has nothing to do with salary.

Those 19,000 people could all be making minimum wage, or all making 100,000 grand a year. Their salaries would depend on the ability and willingness of their employer to pay them, not on the capital investment from the gov't.
