i noticed it was on Sony TV as well..but didn't bother to watch..i had seen the trailers when it was first released and it has been shown on Sony quite a few times..but still never had any attaction to see it..

Interesting turn of events. I left my comment on the post on BM where the photos are. Its kinda dumb really what has happened with them. Oh well they are celebrities and something else will soon happen and everyone will forget about this incident.

Really too bad to hear about that lady and it must have been hard to have been there and seen it all happen. Who is to blame? She seemed definitely mentally disturbed so you can't really have blamed anyone for her actions except herself. Granted that the police should have done more than they did. Something should have been laid down there or they should have tried harder to get her away from the ledge. That's quite sad. i hope that the lady is now out of her misery. Rest in Peace.

I think the market is much better than when I graduated last year in December. I think there are more opportunities available, especially in California. Silicon Valley is the best place to start searching for an IT person.

Tips? Well, go to job fairs. Best place to get a job I think. Utilise your university's resources to the fullest, like job listings, if they let you post resumes on their site (at my univ. we had a whole center for jobs and all and you can post your resume on their website and even apply for jobs from there).

Have a powerful and well organized resume. That's your selling point. If you have a resume that you whipped up in five minutes, trust me, companies can tell.

Ya use your contacts. That's true too. I tried getting jobs thru other people that I know (mind you, I didn't know anyone at Accenture prior to getting the job).

so they don't have to give it to you instantly and the other reason is, like you said, alot of people forget. So if you forget to turn in that 20 buck main-in rebate, then that's just money they made off ya. So its better to just mail it in immediately. Don't let them have the benefit of the doubt. :wink:

I NEVER forget about the mail in rebates. That's the best way to save. What I do is when I buy a product and bring it back home, the first thing I do, prior to even setting it up, is do the mail-in rebates, put it in an envelope with its specs and get it ready to send.

Best way to do it -- its money man that you will get back in the mail in a month. Its great. :smile: They should do it in India too. You end up getting it for 49 bucks, but u just have to wait. :smile:

Interesting enough that he gets that much spam but still can't figure out a solution for that. You know why? Because he never feels the effects of deleting spam. If he does get spam he must go to that filter department, find out who messed up, and fire that person. If he would have see all 4 million pieces of email, then today we might have had a better spam protector. :roll:

Now that's very interesting. First, that you also bought a new printer (Congrats by the way). :smile: I think its a really good buy. I had a Lexmark for quite some time but I was never really content with its quality. Epson is a good one. That was my last printer and it worked fabulous.
