I WILL vote, but just in the other races.

These people have really hurt me. They have agreed to cast off Black people to win. They want all of Barack's new energy voters, but they won't come out in November for Billary.

I still think Barack can win. People forget he is up in NC (112 delegates).

While I don't think they should get a do-over, I think he does better in FL and Michigan that he would've in January.

Re: Media Coverage Masks McCain’s Martin Luther King Racism

I'm glad they booed. We won't be fooled this time. It's a disgrace that he waited until it was politically convenient to say he made a mistake. It only took him 20+ years.

Re: CNN Does Disservice To Black Bloggers And JJP Specifically (Updated!)

Boiling it down to "voting for Barack because he's black" makes for a convenient soundbite and list of talking points, but it also keeps certain blacks in power.

As long as they are allowed to cry racism, the black establishment is allowed to flourish and suck the life out of our community. These people would love it if we never had a barack, a cory booker, or anyone else. It highlights their own shortcomings as politicians, and would awaken their constituents in such a way that they could be voted straight out of office.

Re: Oh Yeah, Tavis Quit Tom Joyner - Oh, Oh, Oh!

Wow. I used to look up to this guy in terms of being a great media person. I can't believe he didn't grow thicker skin and man up for his decision.

In the end, he turned out to be a wimp. At least we still have Roland Martin.

Re: Daily Open Thread - It’s Election Day in Pennsylvania

I have talked to my 82-year old grandpop in Philly who told me he is voting for Obama.

I talked to Moms last night. Knowing Moms, she already voted this morning. When I was back home we always loved how when we voted we always got #1-10, meaning we were among the first to vote at our precinct.

Our whole family in PA is voting for Barack, as my Mom will be doing her 1-family GOTV campaign. I bet many families are doing the same.

Re: Hillary "Tonya Harding" Clinton Up To Old Tricks: CAN’T BE TRUSTED

The irony of this issue is:

If the two state had stayed where they were, they would have been a HUGE factor in this primary season.

The people in that state should first look to those STATE officials when assessing blame.

Re: The First White Morehouse Valedictorian

Jill, thanks for printing the story accurately. As a Morehouse grad, I don't feel intimidated or upset that Mr. Packwood was named CO-valedictorian.

When I went to Morehouse, we always had a few whites students and they usually did well. I would guess that all HBCUs have white students. And I will join hands to sing 'Dear Old Morehouse' with them any day of the week.

Nobody is handed a degree from Morehouse. They don't care who you are or whom you know; you will be sent home just the same.

I love my college for the simple fact that on a daily basis, I was challenged by my brothers as well as each and every professor.

Congrats to him and every graduate of the class of 2008. I know they earned that degree.

Re: A Black CNN?

I'm slightly skeptical, but can it be any worse than BET?

Re: Behind This Clinton "Popular Vote" Silly Math

I'll listen to her "I am winning the popular vote" nonsense when...

No, wait...I WON'T!

The HRC campaign has constantly ignored the fact that the popular vote isn't included from caucus states.

Here's some math...46. That's the number of delegates Barack needs for the nomination. He'll have that on Wednesday, when nearly all of the remaining superdelegates declare for Obama.

Here's another number...90%. That's the approximate percentage of remaining superdelegates that HRC needs. Not happening.

Re: Obama Will Staff Up In Every State!

Genius!
