The headline and article would seem to indicate that Fox News, the cable news channel, and WFLD-TV in Chicago are the same organization. They may both belong to News Corp. but they have neither the same management team nor the same structure.
If you are so eager to find a reason to attack Fox News, try and make sure it is actually something that they did.
I had thought about in those terms until I read what Leo wrote above. What Apple should have done was have the update software check the hardware; if it had been modified, they could then refuse to update it aka "choose not to do any further business with me ." Instead, they chose to kill the cow.
