Nick, they are rolling it out the same way they rolled out chat... slowly, and to more users each day. It's not like they are flipping a switch. It is happening on a slow opt-in basis. Late, yes, but as planned.

the only remaining concern is getting back to applications that you haven't bookmarked. How long will it take Facebook to bring back "recently used apps" that had been around for a little bit.
