So you'd call the removal of the President under procedures outlined in the US Constitution as a coup?
Remember, under this scenario, the military is only following the orders given it by the other 2 branches of the government. It played no role in the legal procedures and POTUS is no longer CINC because he has been constitutionally removed from office.

Thought question: If the US President was impeached and removed from office by Congress after trying to get around term limits, and the Supreme Court agreed that the removal was lawful and then asked the military to forcefully remove him from the White House after he refused to vacate, would you call that a military coup?

Io ricordo che praticamente tutte le memoria di massa vendute sono formattate in FAT, quelli che dicono "TOGLIAMO FAT DL KERNEL CHE È M$ !1!1!" sono idioti che vivono fuori dalla realtà.

raw cookie dough has raw eggs which sometimes carry E. coli (not Salmonella, btw, in this case). Why is this creepy?
Also, you do realize that there is no proof yet that the dough actually had E. coli, right? The only link between the two in this case was that the sick people reported having eaten the raw cookie dough in the recent past. If you're eating raw cookie dough, who knows what else you're eating that could have gotten you sick.

Potresti anche avere diritto a pensarla così.
In tal caso cmq ti risponderei che ci sono casi e casi: gente che merita meno di quel che percepisce, gente che invece non potresti mai ripagarla per l'importanza che ha avuto nella tua vita.

Se scegli di fare lo scrutatore lo fai per la paga... e sai fin da principio a quanto ammonta, quindi essendo una tua scelta devi svolgere il tuo compito in modo completo e imparziale.
L'elettore ha la possibilità di rifiutare la scheda e chiedere che questo venga messo a verbale e allora tu come scrutatore DEVI farlo. La legge te lo impone.
Se poi credi che la legge sia sbagliata, vatti a lamentare con chi ha prodotto questo regolamento. Non con chi lo applica.
Smettiamola di lamentarci dei cavilli con chi ne fa uso, piuttosto lamentiamoci dei cavilli con chi li ha creati o non vi pone rimedio (se sono assurdi... cosa che __secondo me__ non vale per questa regola).
Il vero motivo per cui gli scrutatori sono stressati dal loro compito non sono gli elettori che fanno o meno ricorso al diritto di rifiutare la scheda (al limite la si può annullare scrivendoci dentro "Non c'è alcun candidato che ritengo appropriato votare" o qualcosa del genere, quanto alla pressione dei vari rappresentanti di lista che cercano di portare le schede nulle a far conto con le proprie magari cercando di imporre delle interpretazioni di voto piuttosto fantasiose. Questo sempre secondo me. Si tratta di una mia opinione, quindi non è giusta o sbagliata a prescindere.
