I think that one reason for the confusion is the don't they used on the cover of the books. That and the fact that it's an uncommon name, easily misspelled.

I have always resented having to complete these forms, a requirement if I wish to be paid on a given sale, particularly when I can't even explain to my clients what purpose they serve. I don't even know where they go, if they go anywhere. Doesn't make me look professional.

By "most active users", do you mean posted the most updates? And if so, would a retweet of someone else's post count as an update in that total? Just trying to know what methods you use.

And I find it pretty funny that @rootnl2k's account has been suspended. Remember the Wednesday Follow Friday previews, consisting of a script that basically listed all of his followers over a series of several dozen tweets? Yeah, that was awesome.

We need to find a way to determine which users did the most good. I'd nominate @CynthiaStrawson for her Christmas Wish. Maybe I can nominate her for the @yeggies.

Tanks for the post, David. I'm a Realtor, and I'm sure that the future of this industry will be different. I don't know how, and I'm not wetting my pants thinking about it, but it is a point if uncertainty. What I haven't heard addressed by anyone is an aspect of privacy. Without looking at who owns the data sets, I wonder about the implications of an entirely open system with sales data available for all to see. I don't know if that is where this is going, but supposing it is, who would want everyone to know how much they paid for their house? Again, I don't yet know if that is hat is being proposed, but if so, I don't really like that idea as a homeowner. If the end goal is to have more than one body given access to a still-protected database, that is quite different. Am I way off?

Every year for the past 3 years, I've organized a tweetup fundraiser called #yeghelp. It takes a lot of work to plan and pull off, but with the help of a great team, it's always a hit. I love seeing the excitement people have about attending an event that is for the benefit of others, in this case residents of La Salle Women's Shelter here in Edmonton, for moms and children escaping violence. Seeing the results of an event like this only motivate me to volunteer more time into planning another one. I think I'll be doing this for years to come.

No need to unfollow. That won't change your threat level. Honestly, clicking on the link can't hurt you unless you type in your id and password once you land on the scam page. Just let the person who sent it to you know that they better change their password and on any site that they use that password too. As "Jerry Zambrano" said above (must be the name), they could search your id and see where else you use it and then abuse those accounts.

Allow anyone to tag you, but allow the one tagged to remove the tag, which would prevent the photo owner from ever tagging that person again in the photo. More importantly, don't be a dope! If your'e going to act a fool at a party, expect it to be documented and shared!

On that note, I recently uploaded a virtual tour for one of my Edmonton real estate listings, and it detected that i used copywrited music in the video. I received an email informing me that I could continue to use it as long as I allowed the owners to advertise on the video page. Who would complain about that? Not I. I thought that was a great idea and a good way to deal with that issue.
