I actually quite like the rest of T Rex's music, but 20th Century Boy bugs the hell out of me. My concert companion Verlaine once made out with his son, or nephew, or some other type of relative of his, but that's not quite enough to get my vote.

You should OWN "Hands on a Hard Body," then you should host an annual viewing party where guests dress up as the various contestants. It's genius, seriously. I love it, I own it on VHS, and remain infuriated at myself that I never upgraded to DVD. If you can find a copy to rent, definitely do so.

I've noticed they've been playing NIN constantly on Indie 103.1 out here in LA. Not sure if its connected with the tour - and not that I have any particular problem with Reznor's music - but it's getting damned annoying to have ten year-old major label music shoved down my throat by a supposedly "independent" radio station.

I think that sets you apart - I'd imagine most folks would give VF a nod without a second thought - as I would in many cases. But here I actually prefer the Built to Spill song - it's the ending that really kicks ass.
