Very good coverage on this issue. I've found that a lot of people in my circle of friends are gravitating towards decent cars they can afford to buy outright. It's so hard to get financing right now. It's a tough time for everyone, especially car dealers.

Great coverage - very balanced. At the end of the day, at least in our area, it's the little guys that own the dealerships that are having the most trouble. They are the ones that need the help, in my opinion, since sales are so slow right now.

After taking a look at the car lots in my area, and talking to the managers, it is absolutely clear that something needs to be done to get sales moving again. Whether it's a bail out remains to be seen, but it's clear that the little guys are hurting.

Wow - I certainly could have used this when I was trying to buy a used car. That is one of the neatest things I have ever seen. Will definitely be getting one in the future before I buy another car.
