The World Famous Carillon Hotel (the former flagship) where Canyaon Ranch now rests - also went through bankruptcy during hard times. It should come as NO surprise to anyone familiar with North Beach. As lovely as North Beach - Miami is... It still is not a Luxury Oceanfront market. Not now, Not Yet and perhaps someday will be!

I love the format of the #TheNewKlout, I'm a bit disappointed in my 11+ point drop! @WaterWayRealty Q; Under "Influences: it shows 3 avatars while on other profiles I see 5. Is there a way I can adjust this? Same at the bottom; Many profiles have a "facepile" - mine does not. Thanks @Klout

All the hype over Social Networks will go the way of the dinosaur... just like the Internet. The whole thing is sucking valuable time and energy from the work-force and work-day. People are sucked into facebook, Google Plus and who knows how many other places - Can ANY real work get accomplished?
