Dude, my favorite is in October (the Tsukimi.. w/ a fried egg -over easy!) on top! The Mc Donald's there is insane. They even have 'fish nuggets' that you dip in tartar sauce. How cool is that? Seriously.

And imo the ice cream is overrated.... the chocolates and wagashi (Japanese treats) are WAY yummier! :)

And funny taht you post that link... I was JUST thinking of doing a Mc Donald's entry since I found some prettttty interesting stuff!

Ohh, nice. I'll definitely have to try out some of the local McDonald's items when I visit Japan. Tasting Japanese soft serve ice cream (intriguing flavors like lavender, cherry blossom, red bean, etc) is also on my list of things to do.

Oh, and speaking of McDonald's, here's a fascinating Wikipedia article I read a while ago, thought you might find it interesting. There's a bunch of new stuff in there since last time I checked it.
