I use Wallet card as a protection of my real accounts and card when travelling. The ease of sending to and from others was amazing and nearly instant. I am deeply saddened by this decision.

The error in my thinking is looking at other options that are available to me due to recent interactions i've had with a company that I've been with for pert near 10 years? I suppose I should also tell my sister to stay with her abusive boyfriend by that same logic, but obviously my opinion is worthless in this forum since you say so. I left Cingular when there were rumblings of an AT&T purchase of them years ago to go to tmo to stay as far away from Ma Bell as I could. I've had issues over the years with tmo and they were always able and willing to help me, until about the past year that is, now any time I've spoken with an in store rep or phone rep they only want to upgrade me at rack rate, or change my plan to modernize it without ever listening to my concerns. I wasn't going go into a detailed explanation of my grievances with tmo, but obviously some people just like stirring up trouble when they think they see a weak opening.

U mad? That is an unreasonably angry response to a simple statement about their poor customer service and retention offers as late. Sprint was mentioned as they offer the phone I'm interested in for much cheaper and their service coverage in the areas I travel and comparable service plans are on par with what tmo can offer me. Someone needs some anger management it would seem, hopefully you don't have a career in customer service.

Alas, Targets around here aren't yet offering phones, but three are being remodeled to make it happen by black Friday.

I've been with tmo for 10+ years and this, coupled with the poor customer service i've had the past few months makes me want to leave, probably to Sprint and pick up the SGSII from them for cheaper than tmo was willing to offer to me both in store and by phone.
