Unless I'm mistaken, this has nothing to do with the quarry. The white zone is for immediate loading and unloading of passengers only. There is no stopping in the red zone.

That lawsuit is absolutely justified. Regardless of who the photographer was, a department store employee, nor police for that matter, has the right to touch him or his camera.
