Dude, this idea kicks booty. My favorite part is how it comes alongside people desiring change outside of our church, with motivation and encouragement.

Jacksonians physical health lags behind the national average fo' shizzle. Folks around J-town are the first to tell you that too.

So many people are aware of their need to live a physically healthier lifestyle, but lack the external motivation and support to withstand the pain of their transformation.

This is kinda like "Biggest Loser" on a local scale. I likey.

a collection of short stories by Stephen King is pretty good. I read it years ago. My fave is the story the collection is titled after.

Thrawn Trilogy by Timothy Zahn
Heir to the Empire (1991)
Dark Force Rising(1992)
The Last Command(1993)
I have these in paperback if your interested. Probably my three favorite fiction books. Unlike the Prequel movies(midi-clorients, i hate you!), these are true to the Star Wars saga and are a must read for anyone who loves the characters from the original films.

I would join you, but I'm reading Picking Dandelions, and probably not anything else in Feb. cuzz these video games arent going to play themselves!

My dad went to Cass Tech. It was an elite school then. He studied astronomy and physics there, in HIGH SCHOOL.

He grew up in Highland Park too. It was a nice area then. Very sad to see what the past 40 years have done to that neighborhood. There were 2 houses left on the entire block when we visited 10 years ago.
