I've found this Web page and article online because I've seen the ad on TV and I've been appalled by just how despicable and incredibly stupid it is. The first time I saw it, I thought it was a satire, a joke. It looks and it sounds so cheap, and the bloated, overheated rhetoric about "betrayal" was just so ludicrous.

The "charges" sound like empty-headed cookie-cutter crap from the Republican playbook of the last 40 years, and which right-wing Republicans direct at any Democrat, no matter what the reality.

If you haven't seen the ad, when "liberals" get mentioned, a box with, I believe, the words "Liberal Allies" gets flashed on the screen. As if being a "liberal" were a crime, some form of terrorism. Maybe Jarad Klein should try being a liberal--someone who actually cares about other human beings.

From knowing nothing about this race, seeing the ad instantly turned me into a fervent supporter of Larry Marek, and I pray that Jarad Klein, the perpetrator of this malarkey, FAILS in his run for office.
