What I noticed about the G-20 protests on TV was that all of the cops had identifiers on their backs, on their helmets. They were codes, rather than names, but that made them readable at a distance. How novel. To be held responsible for your actions because even though you look like part of an army, you are in fact identifiable.

I do not understand what's going on with Lara. Being the billionaire's wife, the mother of 2, the sister of 12 or whatever, makes you a busy person. Did she say it's just about making her own money? That seems ridiculous.

She should become a hardcore rich-lady philanthropist, squeezing money out of all the other rich people. It's harder than it looks. Involves a lot of arm-twisting, which she would probably enjoy.

OK, they sell this at Costco and I wound up with a LOT of it. Not my fault. Husband's fault. I will say that it's pretty useful in recipes as long as you rinse all the friggin' salt off it. I have used it to make chicken salad (obviously), as well as various soups and stews involving chicken. Maybe grandma just really likes chicken tacos.

Before the election, I requested that anyone posting pro-Trump things on my Facebook give me an affirmative reason to vote for him. There was silence, because everyone was voting *against* something, not *for* him.

Before the election, I found that I could oppose and work against Trump using only his words, his recordings, his videos. No comment or analysis was necessary.

I had a party on my 30th, which meant I got up very early, went to the store and bought all kinds of shit for the empty house I'd lived in 8 months, hung all the pictures on the walls, cleaned the whole goddamned place, went to the store and bought all the food and drinks and set everything out... and had a fantastic time. Thank god I was so young.

My 40th, I spent the whole night cleaning up after a vomiting dog. That was less fun.
