Never a day went by that I wasn't going to Uncle Moe's for something for my Grandmother. The Moses were like an extended family for me growing up. Thank you Jack for always being there, RIP

I have very fond memories of Bob at Uncle Moe's. He was always teasing me when shopping for my Aunt Ellen. Always a good man and very kind to my Uncle Jerry.

When the City took over St. Johns Prep, it was then named Fuller and was a middle school for children of Gloucester. I do not remember the involved areas of Gloucester, but it was a beautiful middle school. Why can't it be just be as it was in the City for many years? I am probably missing something here, maybe someone can fill me in. I myself prefer neighborhood Elementary Schools with one combined Middle. The last time I visited Gloucester I was surprised about the schools and children going where ever they wanted to, and the bus transportation going down hill with children walking great distances just to catch a bus and so on. Despite everything children should be number one with regards to education and safety.

I just love chatting with you :) Believe me when I say this I am not a police groupie! Especially not with the GPD...I do not know any of the new officers in that department..BUT I can tell you some outrageous disgusting behavior of officers during the 70s and 80s. To the person that asked if my son was one of the officers the answer is no he works in Norfolk VA. I have seen my son in action several times, and yes I am proud of him and how he does his job. I have seen officers through their weight around behind that badge and they should be fired. To the person that sad something about the man giving the officer the finger...it is against the law no matter who you do it to. Now my son would have not done what happened he would have spoken calmly with the person and the crowd to achieve positive results. On three seperate ocassions I have witnessed my son verbally calm down and issue with no arrests. Now Rakasan I truly believe you and I could go at it for hours, tit for tat with no winner :)~

That is crap! I hope the day comes when you need the police and they don't come to your rescue! My son is a Police Officer and the day better never come that he loses his life over a piece of crap! You have no idea what these men and women see day to day and have to live with it..

My Fiesta experiences have always been in a family members yard, not bothering others or/and mostly law enforcement!

The video does not show what led up to the officer grabbing the man from behind and putting him to the ground. Further I do not see any police brutality. Did the man go to the hospital? NO! Was he bitten by the dogs? NO! Was he beaten by the officers? NO! Was the man a mouthie, obnoxious, disrespectful drunk? More than likely. The police could have arrested a lot more people during the Fiesta...it is against the law to drink or be drunk in public! Give it a rest...

PTFs have no benefits. He will be suspended with no pay pending the investigation. The Union will not back-up any Carrier, T-6, Clerk or PTF when left is involved.

The following Presidents stole (borrowed) money from Social Security:
Roosevelt, Truman. Eisenhower, Kennedy, Nixon, Regan, George H Bush, and George W Bush, Clinton ( Al Gore argued against it) Regan almost bankrupted Social Security. All of these Presidents stole money from SS to start projects like the highway system, NASA, to pay for the debt to China and so on! Ronald Regan and George W Bush were the biggest thieves of all. Research this, it is unbelieveable.

I am not judging Lesbians, Gays and Transgender, and Bisexuals, to each his own and that is their right under our constitution. I have Gay and Lesbian friends. BUT, that does not mean the "Pride Flag" has a place flying under the American Flag. There is only one flag and it represents us all: Old Glory, Red, White and Blue.

OMG, that rainbow flag needs to come down, it does not belong flying under the American Flag. LGBT rights do not need to be shoved down our throats. Such a display does mean acceptance. It is up to the individual to make that decision. The "Pride Flag" there in only one one Pride Flag and it's colors are RED, WHITE and BLUE! This country is tolerant of the many, and you don't see us flying their flags!

I agree with you that the Gloucester school's system lunch program sucks and is broken. But I do have one question: How and who let this get so far out of control with such a large debt? Like I said take the parents right to drive away from them completely.
