As a retired airline employee I know that what he did was No big deal..As a airline employee,you always give up your seat to a paying customer..Your flying stand by..(Even if he is a CEO.. Unless the airline bought him a seat)..The jump seat is for stand by passenger if there are no seats available..The article sounds like a Delta fluff piece to me..
