To the list, I would add two things:
1 ) Go back and update old posts. This is a great example, originally written almost two years ago. The content is as valid today as it was back then. If you add a little bit of new information, you can expand the authority
2) Re share it. Anyone who has been blogging for awhile has a lot of great content which is buried deep in their blog. Dust it off, update it and then share, share and share again.

We try to get our clients to think about content as currency, something with real value for their business. Sometimes they hear us, sometimes they don't.

We have also had very good results with Square for simple product lines, especially with digital and consulting services.

Personally I use Yelp for dining and obscure retail, but we have seen traffic to many of our home service clients, so we don't completely discount the value, There are however other sites which provide more bang for the buck

Update - found this out: weetDeck will only connect to Twitter profiles. That’s it. It used to include other social networks, but those were taken away after Twitter acquired it and updated it. You can connect an unlimited number of Twitter accounts, but if you also want to update Google+, Tumblr, Foursquare, WordPress or anything else, you won’t be able to do it with TweetDeck.

It has been a long time since we worked with TWEETDECK. The main problem back in the day was the face that it sat on your computer as opposed to running in the cloud. It took up a lot of memory and resources. I don't see a lot of folks using it anymore because it just isn't as efficient
