So if you can't get the bill that it up to your standards what do we do?

Wait another sixty years? The current bill will help some people. Maybe not as much and in the way that you like but some. Robm you and brucedixion might as well join the opposition. If we listened to your advice we wouldn't even get a bill. There's people out here that need assistance and they don't have the time for you not to support a bill by Democratic President and Congress that you voted for by the way. If miss opinion doesn't qualify for insurance under the plan somebody else well. Are you willing to deny families the insurance they need because you the bill isn't perfect? If this bill dies there is not any second chances. Obama will go through a year of his Presidency without any major legislation passing. And we will have a Democrats like you and brucedixion to thank for it. The votes aren't there for the bill that you want. I don't get what is so hard to understand about that.

How are you going to receive it under this bill. do you qualify for the income levels to subsidize it? If you don't have it do you have the income to buy it? As the public option is currently structured it will be portable but if you live in a inexpensive/minimum care plan state say MS and are offered a job in VA w/ a inexpensive/minimum care plan but the premiums are more costly because costs in VA will you tke the job? The reason you need a public option w/ a standard course of care/treatement that covers the costs anywhere you go is so you have labor mobility. W/O it you might as well be a share cropper in MS in 1930.

Nothing is perfect. I current have no health care. If I can get something that is close to being what I need I will take it. So Im not in the group that wants some perfecting or let the whole thing die.

Corporations, newspapers and "journalism" are late comers to the Internet. Internet users found sufficient means to fill that gap to entertain themselves and exchange information. In the early days, the primary source of revenue was payment for access to Internet via an ISP. The efforts of newspapers to transfer their failed 50 year old cost models to the Internet will fail them again.

Sorry I will not be anybodies NIGGER again. If you can't do it right I am all for it not passing. The dollars spent on ER care as every employer drops healtcare becasue they can't afford the premiums will force the issue in less than 4 years.

I hear what you are saying about the poverty issue. It is how e win however. We can offer cash crops and food crops that can survive in Afghanistan w/ little water. I am thinking of things like potatoes grown the way they are in the Andes mountains.

Legalization is for our benefit not theirs. It is easier to treat people for addiction than to continue the farce drug policy that does nothing but corrupt our society through hypocrisy and cash. You take that money out you will have alot more quiet on our streets.

I am not saying religion is a signifcant factor but it needs to be taken into account w/ treatment. Cultural factors such as a belief in freedom of religion may account for the lack of problems w/ AA Muslims manifesting itself the way it did in the Major. AA soldiers didn't come to Islam for extremist reasons nor did they grow up w/ it the way a fundamentalist does in either religion.
This does not mean AA Muslim soldiers don't suffer from PTSD.

Content comes from somewhere and that costs something to create it. When you pull up a newpaper in real time on the internet your cost and everyone else whom receives it that way pays literally nothing for it. If you had to pay for the paper on the internet directly you would be forced to change your habits and pay the real provider.
I am willing to bet you wouldn't read a damn thing Murdoch prints, puts on TV/radio because you wouldn't pay to read/see/hear you're a n@##$%. But for $50/month and spreading it across a couple of hundred providers for hours on end you are entertained. Hahaha did you see what this racist a@@#$%^ said.
So the argument isn't whether you read a newspaper or not but how you pay for the content of a newspaper if you want it?

I have to disagree w/ this, "Cost for content being extremely high is another corporate creation to rob Internet users." Much of the content was created long ago and has become a very limited cash cow for them Just think of Turner Movie Classics. Currently w/movies the cost is sky high ($150 million + for Avatar). One down load saps millions from the producers and cost of distribution is nil. if that isn't leeching I don't know what is.

Are you or did you ever watch Alec Guiness as George Smiley on Masterpiece Theatre? The reason I ask is I remembered Alastair Cooke explaining that some of the dialogue was about insulting people. He went on to say Americans will not understand because so much of the talk was class and in England class talk isn't used by people from a different class.
It popped into my head because the line Very Good, Happy Christmas resonated here as insult but in England that is traitor class talk. Pyrce isn't going back to London cause nobody cares(here) what school he went to. It is even more amazing when you think about how important it has become in this country to go the right schools.

On the whole I think the Army brass understands, the Air force doesn't understand, the rest of the military I am not sure. It is the ability to weed out the intransigent officers is the problem. Can they get it together I would say the odds are 40 60%?

Plan of action
One do not watch anything on FOX TV period. This includes football. Watch those numbers drop and the ad dollars he has to give back because not enough eyes.
Two, contact the NFL and tell them you will not watch another NFC game until Murdoch gives up the contract or it is rescinded. The NFL made it known that talk like this was not acceptable from Rush Limbaugh why should it be from Rupert Murdoch? The grounds is the morals clause.
Three, petition every NFC football player, coach and owner not to speak to anyone at Fox till the contract is lifted.
Four, don't buy any Murdoch media, the WSJ, the London Times.
Five, don't listen to any Murdoch media.
Six, ask your local politician not to appear on/in Fox media.
Seven, keep the WH out of this. Otherwise President Obama will have to backtrack about criticism against him from certain quarters is about policy not race

All of this is to make Murdoch the issue so it is on the front page/TV screen/monitor/radio of everything else.
