Actually, I think I saw pictures of Tiger Woods playing up on that golf course.

That is amazing, isn't it?

peter

Re: Unusual House of the Day: Steel House

Wow. Talk about unusual architecture. I'm not sure about living there though. Having background in architecture, I wouldn't mind seeing the structural drawings for this puppy.

if you want to se some unusual, and at the same time impressive architecture, check out the buildings that are going up in Dubai. It's crazy what they are doing there.

Peter

Re: Flip Sells a Million Video Cameras

Flip is a great little and inexpensive camera that any real estate agent or investor can use to record their flips, houses, and everything in between. The great thing with that camera that its easy to use, easy to hook up to your computer and upload your video to YouTube.

One quick tip for those who do walk through video of their homes. When you walk around the house with your camera, bend your knees a little to minimize shaking and allow the video for a more natural flow. :)

Peter

Re: Real Estate 2.0 Expands

This is a great resource. Thanks for sharing. It goes well with my own resources. In regards to the economy, there will always be people who can invest, sell, and buy. A lot of times, its how you look at the economy.

Peter

Re: More Proof You Need to be Marketing Online

Thanks for a great post. I especially like the statistic about how 45% of people have learned about agents they didn't know existing. It's a proof that if you are not online, you are missing the boat, BIG TIME.

I said it before and I'll say it again, real estate agents and investors who do not embrace the internet for their real estate business will be left behind. The future is here and Web 2.0 is changing it all.

This is one of those posts that need to be printed out. Thanks,

Peter
