Agreed, there is probably a LOT more to the situation than what we can see from just that one article. I am glad you brought it up.
It kind of made me think of the "Bailey's Brake Service" situation in Mesa. How ironic that the light rail will now run right by Bailey's in the future. That part of Country Club and Main Street should see some serious changes in the future...

Thanks Nick. I agree. Putting it all together consistently is a key part as well. Once people know what to expect from you they become regular participants in the discussion and help you spread your message - which is all part of the equation.

The service is invaluable in terms of time, paper trail, and integrety of the document. The old days of fax to agent, lender, title ending up with mush that you can't read is just one of many examples to think about.
