By muddying the waters with their own interactions online how is one to tell what damage you "allegedly" caused and they did themselves? More than anything this is a lesson in business public relations. I'm glad you have solid representation. You ave the well wishes of the blogging community. My hat's off to Andy and Greg for supporting this cause and keeping it in the blogosphere news as well.

Re: Top 100 Real Estate Blogs: Matrix Stats Fixed

Why does Jim Cronin crying foul over Alexa/Compete rankings not surprise me? Oh yeah, this is the same guy who stole copyrighted code from one of our client sites and tried to game Poshd. What's the matter, haven't learned to game Alexa yet?

Re: How To Blog: A Beginner's Blog Publishing Guide

Thanks for the resources. I really liked the free image sites - here are two others tools I might add to the list: slide.com and eyejot.com

Re: How To Blog: A Beginner's Blog Publishing Guide

Excellent set of resources. An hour and half later, I am still going through links. The free image sites were especially interesting. Since I didn't see them in here- I liike eyejot.com for auick and esy video and slide.com for free slide shows you can put your own or flickr photos into. Thanks again.

Re: Mr. Behrouzi Assured Me That He Or His Company Has Nothing To Do With Idiots In Plano, TX Area. I Am Having Hard Time Believing Him.

There was a time that I thought these things are taking place unbeknown to Mr. Behrouzi, however my opinion has change lately.

Not only they have left their "digital fingerprints" on other blogs and forums, good amount of e-mails sent to real estate agents around the country have originate on the same IP range.

As Andy mentioned in his post today, internet has long memory. No matter what company Ben is going to be involved in, this is going to follow him around for some time.

If Ben was smart, he would be better issuing few apologies, to his clients that never received a lead and to me rather that threatening law suits. However, I don't believe he is capable of seeing the bigger picture.

Re: Mr. Behrouzi Assured Me That He Or His Company Has Nothing To Do With Idiots In Plano, TX Area. The entire situation is unsettling. The most concerning thing I see is that a contingent of people have maliciously sought to undermine your online presence and attack you personally.

For a CEO of a "major" corporation, Ben seems to be extremely immature. Following this whole story, it is inconceivable to me that this man raised any capital ever mind the amount claimed.

Good for you on the IP tracing. Looks like supporters of this tech firm are not only social immature, but they seem to be technically inept.
