Its just funny how these events are not a big deal to them, but if someone even went so far as to point out how Bush sent us on a dummy mission in Iraq that person is "Anti-America". The person that screamed "you lie" during his speech is calling for help against "liberal attacks" because people are speaking out over his verbal attack.

PS- when White people do some ish, they are considered "ground breaking" and they are justified in doing so. It reflects human nature and it is considered "normal".
Black people do some ish, it is considered animalistic and enforces the negative stereotypes that has existed since black face was introduced to the media.

The proper term would have been "peer pressure" if it was about them looking like punks in front of each other. Street Cred means their reputation in the street...reputation only matters when you do not know the person.
If the man lived, it could have been called hate crime...if they called him honky or cracker while beating him.
It takes you to show that someone beat you because of race or sexual orientation to label a crime a hate crime.
It matters not though, whats an extra 5-10 years on time of the 30-40 they are all facing?

This is a problem I ran into at my current day gig. I attempted to show them how to utilize social media and the PR person did not want to hear what I had to say. I set up a twitter, friendfeed, grousite, picaso, and connected the twitter to the completely dead facebook group for my job. USA Today listed our twitter in their travel blog within the first 2 months our twitter went active. Now the PR department wants to take over the twitter account.
When you take on a profession you should ALWAYS keep up with the newest avenues to do your job....otherwise you should just retire.

way of life! You saw the interview and how Vick clearly stated he grew up in
an area where a large portion of his neighbors did it. What is moral is

I agree, RUN.
It does not look like this lady is talking marriage. It looks like she needs to make sure their is no miscommunication. Would it be fair to her to tell other guys she is taken while this guy is saying he is single?
It doesn't sound like she is asking him to over haul his entire life, just be committed to her.
If he is not trying to sleep with other women, I do not get why he will not commit.

I only "expect" reciprocal following/joining from people I met in real life of ones I have truly connected with online.
Anyone outside of that is a bonus.
I understand that not everyone can believe in your vision or same the POV on life, but it is great to see that you have touched SOMEONE...
If I see someone that has a group that I would not usually join, I will forward that information out to people who may need it.

man, eff what the others say. If that person makes you happy, then it should make everyone else happy.
We have chatted about this briefly via gchat. I have had plenty of black men tell me I am settling by dealing with a white man. They have also said that I am selling out because of what the "white man" did during slavery. If you have read my blog about my baby daddy, a black man has done direct damage to my family, and I was told over and over "give a brother another chance".
DO YOU DAWG.

The one I have is very responsive. The majority of the people I deal
with in the tech community agrees with my statements...
If you notice in the youtube video he did not completely unlock it
until the last part of the video. Otherwise the video clip would have
been 2 seconds long.

I don't understand why people are so upset about her using the word "Indian" when describing her hair. It is no different from when other people use the word "good" hair, except her description is ethnically correct.
While attending one of the last meetings in Philadelphia for the Native American Cultural Society before they lost funding and had to shut down, they told everyone in attendance this:- Skin color has nothing to do with your ethnicity.
I have more things in my blood stream than what people would consider a mutt for dogs, but the majority of my blood line comes from Cheyenne and Cherokee..people get mad that I don't solely claim being black when the closest relative I had that was the "blackest" was my great great grandma and she had blue eyes.(yes I saw it in person).
We all need to accept that none of us has ever met any "pure" blacks in our lifetime....unless you meet someone from African and they consider themselves "Africans" and not "black".
I guess after years of fighting for equality, black people still allow the "one drop rule" to dictate how they think...(not all, just the ones that have a problem with people acknowledging their roots).
