That's very impressive, I didn't know Twitter could be used for such fund raising. It'll be interesting to see if others come up with similar methods, also, how the time of year will affect people's attitude towards giving.

This new Google Insight search makes it easier to narrow down keywords for niche marketing. I'm sold already. Much better then the standard Google trends tool.

Sorry you didn't have more success with your affiliate sales. I use Amazon Associates as one of my main sources of online income, and I find that if you focus on a niche, branding and some marketing, you can get plenty of Amazon sales. Keep up the hard work, it'll pay off.

I received one of these notices from Amazon today was well. I really don't use any of their widgets to be honest with you, I prefer to make my own which direct traffic back into my own associate e-commerce sites (not astore btw).

It sure does look like Amazon is pulling out all the stops before this holiday season. I'd probably also recommend for people to take a good look at the Amazon Associates program if they haven't messed with it for a while. Definitely lots of major improvements and options available today.

Thanks for this great post about Amazon. They are definitely doing big things with the Amazon Associates program. I spend my days working on amazon associate e-commerce websites. As a developer and affiliate marketer, I can say that Amazon has all the right tools to make it happen. From web services to content, products, and infrastructure, they really have a winning combination.
