Congratulations to those who won! But this is not yet the end but rather it is the real beginning of the real life as a person that will carry so many responsibilities in our country. So many expectations are waiting to the politicians who won and who promised to serve the people. I just really hope that their promises would be taken into action. Nowadays there are a lot of problems to that our country is facing and we really need a good leader to provide solutions to our problems. To our new leaders, good luck to another big responsibility!

Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Regulation- at the Root of Dental Woes

A lot of parents are probably glad Halloween is over. Although it’s a fun time for families and for children specifically, it can leave a dreary-effect on those tiny teeth. A recent CNN.com story reminds us about the nasty results those tasty sweets can cause. The amount of candy a child eats on Halloween can greatly affect the health of their teeth and their permanent teeth even before they form. There are preventative measures parents can take to help educate their children to prevent tooth decay. Even so, not every tiny tooth will be so lucky. So, don’t be shocked if your child’s next check-up leads to another dental appointment. As parents, we should do everything in our power to prevent or improve the welfare of our children’s dental health. Be prepared to sacrifice a little for their sake, but if you’re unable to pay the next dental bill and need a little help, installment loans can help those tiny teeth recuperate before it’s out of hand.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: People's Weekly World - Ohio union leader walks Road to Recovery

To the people of Ohio: now is your chance to speak up and voice your demand for financial freedom. Those who depend upon the availability of payday loans for unexpected emergency expenses they hadn’t budgeted for must speak up this election day. We cannot allow Ohio’s HB 545 to take away the financial freedom we have, and have been fighting for. This House Bill is not a Robin Hood that will “steal from the rich and give to the poor.” In actuality, it is more like the Sheriff of Nottingham appointing more vassals. Other financial institutions, such as banks and credit unions, are certainly pleased to support such measures for they seek to snatch up the business payday lenders who have been squeezed out of business will leave. Moreover, they will subject consumers to a product that will be even more profitable for banks: overdraft fees. They strive to magnify the “horrifying” 391 percent APR on faxless payday loans, but overdraft protection typically costs in excess of 1,000 percent APR. This further proves their gluttonous intentions to overwrite every other financial institution, like the payday loan industry, and become consumers’ only option when unexpected financial fallbacks occur. Bear in mind that payday loans are typically only two-week loans to begin with, so it’s no doubt a circle and stripe argument. Plus, voting NO on HB 545 will prevent the annihilation of about 6,000 jobs in Ohio, which will support the further destruction to an already suffering economy. Odds are that many who lose their jobs because of the government overregulation will be forced to work and/or live outside of Ohio, which will definitely create a tax and spending power deficit for the state. In conclusion, if you want to help fix your state’s economy and value your rights to financial freedom, vote NO on HB 545.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Election Season Gives Me Imaginary Relatives

This election day, consumers who benefit and depend upon the privilege and the availability of payday loans for unexpected emergency expenses must speak up. You have a chance to say your piece and voice your demand for financial freedom. Ohio’s HB 545 is not a Robin Hood that will “steal from the rich and give to the poor.” Instead, this is more like the Sheriff of Nottingham appointing more vassals, and this is what banks and credit unions are supporting. They’re aware that this proposal will leave many financial operations, such as payday loans and other lenders, vulnerable or out of business. This will allow banks and credit unions the opportunity to snatch up any business that’s left behind, and subject consumers to a product that will be even more profitable to banks: overdraft protection. A 391percent on faxless payday loans is nothing compared to an overdraft protection which typically costs in excess of 1,000 percent APR. So, which one’s the moneymaker? Keep in mind that payday loans are typically only two-week loans to begin with, so it’s an apple and orange argument. In addition, voting NO on HB 545 will save about 6,000 jobs in Ohio. And I choose to fight. Don’t give up hope. Be strong. Have courage. And fight.” The Arizona senator and Presidential candidate, John McCain, appeared to be in a fighting mode as he made his speech in Dayton, Ohio. He presented the call to fight for what’s right for America, for justice and opportunity, for the children. McCain made sure not to coat the economic concerns that are threatening our comfort zones, with items like Issue 5 on the agenda for Ohio voters. With no hesitation, he quickly points out that “Barack the Re-Distributor” will only spread the wealth and overlook the needed policies that will create more. Obama believes taxes are too low. For McCain, he believes that what seemed like normal spending during the Bush administration is too high. McCain’s intention does not affect payday loans as much as Obama’s promise to bail out Wall Street bankers with $750 billion of taxpayers’ money. The ultimate plan for the economy is to “get it out of the ditch and back in the lead.” This, he feels, will allow Americans to rest easy, knowing they will be passing down a better life to their children and grandchildren.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Palin Hackers Face Jail Time

After turning himself in to authorities, 20 year old David Kernell, son of Democratic Representative of Tennessee, Mike Kernell, is facing five years in prison, a $250,000 fine and three years of supervised release. He will be charged for hacking into GOP VP candidate Sarah Palin’s personal E-mail account. It is alleged that after reading the contents, he took a screen shot and posted it on a public Web site. The contents included email addresses, pictures, birthdays, and phone numbers of family members and more. To top it off, after resetting the password, he also posted the new one he had created, which allowed others to access the E-mail account themselves. Nonetheless, Kernell pleaded not guilty to the charges. Facing a $250,000 fine is intense. At $1,500 per loan, it would take about 167 individual payday loans to cover that outrageous expense.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Foreclosure Epidemics

This election day, consumers who benefit and depend upon the privilege and the availability of payday loans for unexpected emergency expenses must speak up. The welfare of the country lies not only on politicians but also on the voters’ hand. The voters are the one who choose the persons who will sit in the government. A prime example of this negative media is the reaction to her appearance on NBC’s long-running pop culture mainstay, Saturday Night Live. Instead of applauding Palin for being a good sport or recognizing that her appearance gave SNL its highest ratings in 14 years, the press criticized Palin on her performance. The media continues to question Palin’s success as Alaska’s Governor, the pregnancy of her seventeen-year old daughter, and even her character. A big portion of the liberal-minded media has suggested that our country would implode if Palin took over the presidency from John McCain. However, many of these attacks are far from the truth. Many people respect Sarah Palin for her unrelenting efforts to improve her home state of Alaska. Others admire her support of disabled individuals like those with special needs, autism, and Down syndrome. Even more people trust Sarah Palin because of her advocacy for personal responsibility and financial freedom. Part of this advocacy for financial freedom includes Palin’s opposition to the removal of the payday loan industry.

Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Navy Federal Credit Union now all-inclusive at navyfcu.org

The Arizona Credit Union System (ACUS) would be extremely pleased if the payday advance companies in the Grand Canyon State were eliminated, but its opinion is certainly fueled by the success of its own commerce. The credit union is stepping up its lobbying efforts to overthrow the competition and acquire all the former cash advance customers. Part of the campaign includes a mass e-mailing effort that is projected to reach up to 1.6 million credit union customers. The ACUS will persuade voters to vote against Proposition 200. Proposition 200 supports organizations like the Arizona Community Financial Services Association that declares Proposition 200 will actually lower state loan fees, eliminate extensions by presenting accommodating payment plans, regulate Internet lending and reduce the amount of walk-in stores in Arizona. These impending reforms will further help payday loan customers, and the reforms will also allow industry employees to keep their jobs. No one can afford to lose his or her job in this turbulent economy.

Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Democratic Governors Association: Still No GOP Love for Congressman Kenny?

Vice Presidential hopeful, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, has been getting more of a bad rap from the mainstream media, than she has in praises. Last weekend, for example, she made her late-night entertainment debut on NBC’s long-running pop culture mainstay, Saturday Night Live. Instead of praising her for the good sport she was, or noting that her appearance gave SNL its highest ratings in 14 years, she has been highly criticized by the press for her appearance. For several weeks now, jab after jab has been taken at Palin, bashing her on everything from questioning her performance as the Governor of Alaska, her seventeen-year old daughter who got pregnant out of wedlock, and even sleazy attacks on her character. Some in the media, including many liberal pundits, have stooped so low as to insinuate that our country would fall to shambles if Palin was forced to take over the office of Presidency if something should happen to Republican Presidential Candidate John McCain. Contrary to the popular belief, virtually all of these attacks are chock full of half-truths, low-blowing character attacks and outright lies. Furthermore, a large number of people admire Sarah Palin for her relentless efforts to better things in her home state of Alaska. Others point to her unwavering support of the disabled demographic, her work in the interests of children and people with special needs and widely misunderstood ailments such as autism and Down syndrome; many of which never have gotten the attention they deserve. Many more put their faith in Sarah Palin, considering her advocacy for personal responsibility and financial freedom. Much of this even includes her opposing to do away with cash advances, a legitimate and invaluable resource that lots of real, responsible, working people have relied on to get out of dire straits once and for all. The Democratic candidate, Sen. Barack Obama, of Illinois, went into the debate with an eight point lead, and he was indeed content with it. The Republican candidate, Sen. John McCain brought it hard to his opponent, challenging his expertise, character, judgment and proposed policies. Obama’s position on the economic policies of the last eight years was far more critical than McCain’s, though he maintained that he is “not President Bush.” Both pledged that they would make cuts in the federal budget, McCain pledging to enact an “across the board spending freeze,” and take a hatchet to some programs whilst using a scalpel on others. Obama’s take was to “go through the federal budget page by page, line by line” in order to cut out those programs that are dysfunctional. Both of the candidates pledged to bring the change that America needs, but what does that mean? For instance, many politicians want to do away completely with the payday loans industry. Should they succeed, it will mean the end of the freedom to choose for the consumer, and the triumph of certain interest groups (the banks and credit unions, who have gotten themselves in enough trouble already) over the freedom of we, the American People.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Make Art, Not War: Iran’s Gay Movement

The classic novel, Brave New World, was first published in 1932. The author, Aldous Huxley, conveyed the possible events that would take place if the government took complete control of our daily lives. He wrote in reflection of his own surroundings, of how his hometown of London may look in the year 2540, if they continued with the programs to end war, divergence, suffering, and unreceptive ruling. It defines exactly how everyday lives would be like, with no ability to utilize their voice or live the way they choose to live. This brought a large number of criticisms knocking on Huxley’s door. Conversely, many of the same seeds have been planted in America, which have created a similar scare as was in the classic piece of literature. Although the socialist and the communist movements have been around for several generations in America, it hasn’t taken much prevalence until this one. It’s preposterous that politicians are trying to put a great number of things under the exclusive control of the government. Let’s take the state of California for instance. In some parts of Los Angeles, dishonest officials have put restrictions on various areas, forbidding where fast food restaurants are allowed to set up new shops. That’s right. You can’t have a hamburger in certain places in South Los Angeles, whether you like it or not. On top of the petty matters they base their focus on, they intend to stretch out even further and conquer more than what they currently control. State and national politicians are trying to remove the admission to fast and easy payday loans, only to assemble enough votes to carry out their own self-interest. Undoubtedly, this further proves our government’s intention to stringently control our daily lives.

Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Unstoppable SuperState Stimulus, Part 2

Wednesday, the 14th of October of 2008 saw the third and final U.S. Presidential Debate between the two candidates in Hempstead, New York.

Re: Crooks Shouldn’t Lecture Whistleblowers

The third and last U.S. Presidential Debate took place in Hempstead, New York on October 14, 2008. Senator Barack Obama of Illinois took off running with an eight-point lead, according to an average of national polls as collected by CNN. Sen. John McCain of Arizona took advantage of Obama’s unruffled carriage and laid the younger candidate’s policies, judgment and qualities of character out on the table. McCain quickly pointed out that he was “not President Bush” as soon as Obama responded with a more critical stance regarding the economic policies of the past eight years. McCain stated that he would enact an “across the board spending freeze,” chop off some programs and get rid of the remaining once the dust settled. On the other hand, Obama presented a more conservative stance about the issue. He would “go through the federal budget page by page, line by line” in order to close programs that aren’t working as they should be. Both candidates declare to bring a resolution to America and its decreasing economy. However, will it leave consumers with the ability to choose where or when to have access to payday loans? That remains unclear. Just because it is said that Americans are living in “the land of the free” doesn’t mean that interest groups (i.e. banks and credit unions) are of the same mind to have the freedom to choose.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Bailout Bill Is Unconstitutional Delegation

On Wednesday, October 14, 2008, the eyes of the world were fixed on Hempstead, New York and the third and final U.S. Presidential Debate. Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois entered the arena with an eight-point lead according to an average of national polls as compiled by CNN, and it appeared that he was content to sit on that lead. Sen. John McCain of Arizona took advantage of Obama’s laurel resting and brought the fight to him regarding the younger candidate’s policies, judgment and qualities of character. When Obama did adopt a more critical stance regarding the economic policies of the past eight years, McCain was quick to point out that he is “not President Bush.” He stated that he would enact an “across the board spending freeze,” take a hatchet to some programs and use a scalpel on the remainder once the dust settled. Obama’s stance sounded more conservative; he would “go through the federal budget page by page, line by line” in order to close programs that aren’t working as they should. Both candidates claim their economic plans will bring needed change to a broken America, but will it leave consumers with the ability to choose where and when they’ll have access to payday loans? First published in 1932, Huxley wrote the piece in speculation of how his hometown of London may look in the year 2540, pending the continuation of programs to end war, conflict, suffering, and antagonistic (aka: “free”) thought. In other words, it is what the world would look like if nobody could utilize their voice, or live how people today want to, free of the iron fist of the various levels of government. Many people criticized Huxley for this, his fifth and most well-known novel, upon its release and still do to this day. Controversy or not, several seeds have been planted in America, which have made for some frightening similarities to this classic piece of literature. Yes, the socialist and communist movements have been around for several generations in America, though it hasn’t taken such prevalence until this one. This is thanks, in no small part, to politicians who are trying to put so many things under the exclusive control of the government. In parts of Los Angeles, for example, crooked elected officials have passed restrictions on where fast food restaurants can set up new shops. Yes, that’s correct; the “man” is telling you that you can’t go get a hamburger in South Los Angeles, and you’re going to like it. But, what are worse are state and national politicians, who are trying to take away your access to fast and easy payday loans. This is because the politicians are just trying to muster up enough votes for office, so that they can further their own self-interests. Surely, action is needed to fight the government’s ever-tightening stranglehold on all of us. Published in 1932, Huxley wrote the book based on his prediction of how London, his hometown, might look in the year 2540, assuming the continuance of programs to end war, conflict, suffering, and antagonistic (aka: “free”) thought. Huxley painted a picture of what the world would look like if people were unable to speak their minds, or live how they want to, free from the confines of the multiple levels of government. Many people criticized and continue to criticize Huxley for his novel. Several seeds have been planted in the U.S., which have created alarming parallels to Huxley’s novel. The socialist and communist movements have been lurking in the shadows of America for many generations, but the movements have recently come to the forefront of the political platform. Some politicians are attempting to assign the government exclusive control of too many aspects of daily life. For example, in certain areas of Los Angeles, elected officials have created restrictions on where new fast food restaurants can and cannot establish themselves. Yes, you heard me right; the “man” is telling you that you can’t get a juicy hamburger and fries in South L.A., whether you like it or not. What’s worse is that state and national politicians are trying to rob you of your right to access fast and easy payday loans. Politicians want to eliminate payday loans in an attempt to win the votes of bigger corporations like banks, so they can take office and promote their self-interests. Stand up and be heard. Fight to free yourself from the government’s ever-increasing power over your daily life. Many Americans watch in order to gauge which candidate is going to pursue policies that they feel are best, in order to find out who it is they think they should vote for. Many voters today in America are becoming or have become disillusioned with our leaders and the political process, and so watch things like the debates with limited expectations, knowing that direct questions will most likely not be answered, and will sound like sound bites. The major newspapers, such as the New York Times and the Boston Globe, hailed the debate as having “forced cordiality” and being “mercifully free” of personal attacks, and that was very true; neither candidate resorted too much to character assassination. McCain continued with “staying the course” and pursuing domestic drilling policies. (Hmmm….I wonder just who he was listening to on that one.) Obama was still criticizing Republican policies which he says got us into this mess of a recession in the first place. If the election were based on the performances on the debate , there’d be no clear way to say who it was that had won. America needs a clear proposal for action. Obama’s views on “predatory lending” which basically is sanctioning payday loan lenders is not a real solution. It’s basically an appeal to the banking lobby.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/

Re: Banking-related panel proposals for 2009 SXSW Interactive Festival

The Arizona Credit Union System would be very happy if payday advance companies shriveled up and died in the Grand Canyon State, but their opinion is certainly greased by the wheels of their own commerce. The credit union is stepping up its lobbying efforts to crush the competition and absorb all the former cash advance customers into their coffers. In a massive E-mail campaign that they estimate will reach as many as 1.6 million credit union customers, System will encourage voters to give Proposition 200 an emphatic thumbs down. On the flip side of the coin, Prop. 200 supports organizations like the Arizona Community Financial Services Association that claims that Proposition 200 will indeed lower state loan fees, eliminate extensions by introducing flexible payment plans, regulate Internet lending and cull the number of total walk-in stores in Arizona. These very real reforms will not only help payday loan customers, but will keep industry employees off the breadlines past the current lending sunset year of 2010. Yet, their opinion is only marked by means of their own preference. The credit union is taking the next big step to wipe out the competition and draw all the former cash advance customers into their grip. In an E-mail campaign which is estimated to reach about 1.6 million credit union customers, System will encourage voters to reject Proposition 200. In contrast, organizations such as the Arizona Community Financial Services Association are supported by Prop. 200 that claim that the Proposition will eliminate extensions by introducing flexible payment plans, lower state loan fees, and will not only regulate Internet lending, but control the number of walk-in stores in Arizona. This resolution will help payday loan customers and keep industry employees away from the unemployment binge. No one wants to lose their jobs, particularly in our current economy.
Post Courtesy of Personal Money Store
Professional Blogging Team
Feed Back: 1-866-641-3406
Home: http://personalmoneystore.com/NoFaxPaydayLoans....
Blog: http://personalmoneystore.com/moneyblog/
