Corporate America says 'Anything that can be measured can be managed' and hence as you right point out
"It’s the human piece of the equation that is so hard and so few get right."
Its ALL about people - they start cos., they build the product, they sell it, they invest in it and they together create legacies.
Knowing oneself, being to be able to acknowledge it objectively (i.e. being secure) and aligning success (for all parties) goes a long way for the team

I think there is debates/ discussions/ conversations and then there is genuine relationships - its what I call 'The Cat (needs no maintenance/commitment - 'add friend'), The Dog (totally needs it - 'make friend') and Web2.0 (is empowering since it enhances your reach - 'Add Friend' and then 'make friend')' effect

think the key was that call you made to Bliss and got the first meeting - many never attempt those (out of fear of failure for many, imho) and probably rightfully so since one is usually an underdog for those. As Muhammad Ali said - the fight is decided before you enter the ring.

I think you have covered all that we envision so let me address all that might be important:
1. Our popular remote screen sharing application, as is, will ALWAYS be free for personal and commercial use
2. Since our software is primarily p2p, any disturbance on the internet pipe 'coming in' can lead to disconnects. I will pass your feedback on to our engineers.

Mathew - not sure if it is all about "...calculated guess that it will eventually be monetizable". Maybe you meant this but "Exit-able" is probably the word (which can include monetizable) since cos. like Google have proven the 'free' business model in the URL (Ubiquity first, revenue later) world :)
