Sorry, reading these questions are just...I couldn't allow myself to NOT be sarcastic in the responses. Maybe I should do this after all.

Oh, Carissa...the Bible is SO MUCH more than just a book on moral guidance! It's a written history of the Jewish people, replete with their mythologies, poetry and epics. And the New Testament contains the Christian mythologies, as well as some seriously long op-ed pieces. You definitely should be considering it more than just a book on morality.

I kind of like things without a message board. Fewer trolls that way, and the way the comments are structured through Disqus kind of opens things up for the kind of discourse that you'll be having on a forum board, anyway (and, you're right, that's a major headache to try and moderate).
