I think that is really healthy and can only be for the good.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Too many people try to hide from others and consequently from themselves where they are, how they are feeling and what is holding them back.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you convince your self everything is OK when it's not your never going to attract the help or guidance you need.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm really pleased the "gratitude" attitude is working for you.
