I'd be pissed too after the way we played in the second half. Dumes jacking up 3's from halfcourt and 4 turnovers. Dumes can stay on the bench for all I care. We played pretty well without him. His attitude hasn't changed either as he was ready to go at a Badger in the first half when he traveled then collided with the Badger. His attitude is bad and I hope he's the open scholarship we free up to get all recruits in the fold. I know I'll take flak for this, but he does nothing for me and I just as well see the freshmen figure it out without his so called leadership.

sounds more to me like the kid couldnt make the grades and was told by crean he would be able to play next year and got mad asked out of his schollie so he could play next year it is a sad story because eli is going to be a very good player but does open up a scholarship possibly the reason why maurice sutton is visiting so this to me all kind of ties together

What I'm thinking now, after Bennett turned us down, and Miller being locked into Xavier, is that IU is going to go with a more established coach, rather than an up and comer. I think those two were it, and now we're going to be stuck with Tom Crean.

Yep it is all bs at this point. Still good old DD had no idea how to coach and it has been a joke with him as coach. Yet RG wanted to make the old brass happy so he did it. Do not name the guy the players want. Next coach Pitino interested- Pearl interested-Floyd interested. RG will say fuck them and hire his own guy and fuck us all again. How can this guy even walk around campus anymore let alone hire a coach.

Looks like Jamarcus and some Minnesota player knocked into DJ before he had a chance to jump and swat the ball away from Barfenbagger. There were some players banging into each other and DJ got shoved from behind, pushed out of position, and that allowed the catch and shot. The thing is, IU should never have been in that position. We should have been up by 13 at that point in the game. F*ing Dakich, F*ing Sampson, F*ing lack of desire, drive, enthusiasm, preparedness. F*ing Hoosiers.

Look, regardless of margin of victory at IU earlier this year, they beat Illinois and will do so again tonight. I give you some respect for acknowledging how much you suck this year, but you're kind of a dick in how you present your arguments. And frankly, wrong. IU and UI are pretty much even over history. Weber is a good coach, maybe even better than Sampson at Xs and Os, but he's a whiny bitch and is going to struggle to attract strong players to UI. The losing is going to become more frequent and Illini fans will be crying along with him.
