Dude. You need to add a recipe in IFTTT.com to automatically email your assistant when a new file shows up in your transcribe folder.

That way, you upload file through DropVox, hit "save", and you're done. Have this same flow and it works seemlessy.

I've never been able to articulate it that way before, but I think that's what makes brands fall so flat on social media. There's no personality to them outside a company logo.

The best brands have the people updating the accounts attach their names to it, at the very least.
