Even President Obama can come and say this guy was always nice and great. It DOESN'T MATTER !! He killed an individual, thus HE MUST GO TO JAIL for life !!!

If he was driving too fast, too slow, in a Janguar or not, it DOESN'T MATTER !!! He must GO TO JAIL for life !

If another car was racing him, or not, if that other car was a BMW or not, it DOESN'T MATTER !!! He must GO TO JAIL for life !

For killing that woman, he must GO TO JAIL for life !

If he thinks that the roads were not build properly, he can file a law suit against the city of San Diego and win some money, that doesn't matter. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth !

... we have laws in this country. The one who is not following them, does it on his own expenses.

If you kill someone, you'll have to go to jail.

The more such verdicts will be made public, the more people will read and know about it and their awarness of speeding will rise.

There's no excuse for killing a person. Disobedience of law ----> JAIL !!!

I've read many comments here about the speed limit, traffic lights, public behavior, racing, etc.

Even if someone is driving within the speed limit, if you cause an accident, you'll be charged for that. But the things are worse, he KILLED someone. He should go to jail forever.
