Palin's reality is that she doesn't have a clue, not a clue, about how the federal gov't works, from foreign policy to finance. It's not that she says things in simple small-town ways, it's that she does not have a fundamental understanding of what's going on. Her interviews clearly demonstrate this. We know it, they know it, she knows it, yet there she is parading herself like an actual freakin' qualified candidate!
If elected, McCain will die in office in his sleep, so Palin the inept can be manipulated and puppeteered by the real powers and then scapegoated.

Did you criticize Obama when he said "kids with asthma need a breathalizer, no I mean inhalizer," but what he meant to say is inhalor . Obama is the presidential candidate, Palin is the VP candidate. Its about time they crack down on Obama and not always Palin.

What about Biden asking a senator in a wheel chair to stand up. Or when he said during the market crash in '29 Roosevelt got on TV to address Americans. Hoover was president in '29 and there was no TV. So Palin isn't the only one. If you want to look at imperfections look at the Democrat candidates.

One more thing. Nobody has asked her to solve the problem. Only to answer a question coherently and evidencing some inkling of knowledge. Yeah, congress takes time to deliberate and discuss complex law negotiations, but at least when they come out to talk about it I understand what in the frack it is they're saying.

Sorry folks, but that's what happens when you ego-trip. Believing you have Jesus inside you does not automatically qualify you for the tough tasks of VP. That's not a knock against faith, faith in our savior the Lord Jesus Christ is sublime thing and leads us to wise decisions and good judgment. But I think this, to say it another way, is precisely what happens when you confuse faith for hubris. Let me put it this way. According to scripture Jesus blinked before the crucifixion. He went out to the garden and meditated and asked the Lord, "Why must I do this?" There was a temptation to say no. But if he said "no" he would not have been Jesus. But, if he had not blinked, there never would have been a true choice on his part to become the Savior. Jesus blinks, then commits to the mission.

Palin has a good understanding of conservative principles, and a good head on her shoulders. If she were in a difficult situation I am confidant that she could come up with good solutions.
Sitting in an interview and coming up with an answer off the top of your head for a very difficult problem is basically impossible. After all, 535 members of congress have debated it all week and still have no solution. Palin may be brilliant but even she cannot solve a problem this big at the drop of a hat.
