You are assuming that all crime has the same intent. Knocking over mailboxes doesn't have the same destructive power of killing someone, for one thing. Also, general mayhem that is not directed at a person just doesn't carry the same weight as mass violence directed at one group of people for the express purpose of creating an environment of fear of bodily harm or death.

Terrorists can rob banks, though, depending upon their motives and what they plan to do with the money. I would posit you would agree that the Joker from "The Dark Knight" was a terrorist. Robbing the bank was not, in itself, a solely terrorist act. Terrorism requires more than just a crime, but a directed motive to instill fear in the general populace.

It's the truth. I don't get why one would have a problem telling the truth. This guy is a terrorist whose goal was to instill terror in the general populace, especially women, and to garner a widespread audience for his views in the midst of the aftermath of his killing spree. Calling him a terrorist ensures that people will look upon his antifeminist ideology as it should be looked upon, a message of violence and hatred that must be directly opposed by any sane and rational society.

I like that at least Walt admitted the awful truth. That he was such a terrible person to begin with that he needed to be an evil piece of shit just to feel alive. That makes it all the more Shakespearean in that Walt's tragic flaw was his monstrously large ego that got burned when he looked at his honestly decent life before and saw nothing but a waste. His tragic flaw was his inability to accept that his family and friends were enough.

Wait. Wait. Wait. You are saying that Louis CK and Patrice O'Neal have been offensive in their humor by saying the words "cunt" and "nigger" and I'm the one who is ignorant? They've said much much much worse, man. Their comic acts are basically all about turning offensive words on their head. The point was that they had context to what they were saying, and their comedic acts are often about subverting the idea of using language to offend.

The context here was that Penny Arcade put up something offensive to rape victims, got criticized for it, then repeatedly went back to the well to dig up that awesome rape-joke humor you people seem to like so much. Now, the difference here is that some comedians know how to subvert for humor. You and the Penny Arcade crew seem to know only how to be repetitive.

Personally, I stopped reading Penny Arcade when they kept making the same jokes about OMG THEY ARE SO OBSESSED WITH VIDEO GAMES LULZ! As to PAX, it is unfortunate that the actions of the authors of Penny Arcade seem to have driven people off from the Con, but when a boycott is called for, you might look at the people whose actions made the boycott necessary, and not the person who called the boycott. I think people should boycott things that they do not wish to fund or subscribe to any longer. That is freedom of speech, which people around here like to act like they support.

Your "argument" was that it was a biased article that had "multiple logical fallacies". The article itself had multiple parts to it, cited itself, and made claims that several other people have long noted in the behavior of the Penny Arcade crew and their little hangers-on. Rape and death threats seem to come to those who have the temerity to question Penny Arcade for their rape apologia. Oh, but that's just a coincidence.

Either way, your "argument" was itself a fallacy, in that it cites nothing to show how the author was incorrect in their claims. Being "biased" might be problematic in scientific research, but when the facts themselves are biased against you, that's not the same as being wrong.
