I think the easiest part of commitment, is to commit. It is what happen after the commitment that is the hardest. After a person said I am committed to do 'A' everyday, then all the reasons in the world of "Why you cann't!" comes into the person's heard.
It is the determination of wanting to completing 'A'. That keep the person's nose to the grindstone.
You are right "It isn't sexy!" But it is true!

Wow. That is awesome! I am so happy to hear about you and your wife's successes. That is fantastic! Also, it is very wise that you guy allow room for you to be human. No everyday is a perfect weight loss day! Some people have a bad day and than they self sabotage, because they think what is the point!? I messed up yesterday. Congratulations! Keep us posted.

That perfect moment never comes, so they end up taking No Action at all. You don't want that to happen to you. Your time is NOW! Start taking action with your life and give yourself a chance to your own happiness, because No Action = No Chance.

Giving away your hair to raise money for a good cause, that is awesome! I have long hair for a long time, I found it to be very low maintenance. Mostly because I wear it in a pony tail all the time. But I have always say one day, when I am ready cut it off, I will donate it to children with cancer. So when I am ready to take the time to style my hair daily, that would be my time for a trim.

Well, it is funny, first we all want to connect online with our keyboards, then we forget to connect about hearts. So now that I am connected online. Which allow me to connect to people over the world, I wish to connect to them with my hearts. Thanks for this post. It remind us to forget about the keyboard, and remember our hearts.
