One of the non-profits I'm involved with has an excellent onboarding process that we've worked for years to develop and refine.

It's a large board that initiates new directors every year, many of which have zero non-profit board experience.

However, we've found that it allows the new directors to be up and running and ready to contribute at their first meeting .

iMessage on my mac has been really helpful. I'd love to have some sort of program on PC that taps into each messaging service API and consolidates my messages in one place.

Ive also wondered why anyone would share a map on Google +.

I think the only way is to copy and paste the URL into an email.

It would be nice if they integrated gmail better.

The homepage is a little confusing but I LOVE that they are finally showing off what conversations are happening around the web.

I always thought that Chartbeat and Discus could have an awesome combined portal that would show exactly where things are happening across the web.
