It does seem as though conservatives might be screaming slightly less about individual savings accounts versus social security for the forseeable future, given the hit Wall St. has taken. That and knowing voters will scalp them.

Ah, you leaned too far left and fell down. Sorry, I'm a huge liberal, but you're looking for stuff to complain about when you should be considering semantics. He's talking about the experiences one has with traveling with kids and the kids' tendancy to misplace stuff in general.

In this case, a mid-level manager in Ohio , LA, or New York could've said the same thing to a freind as he and the kids returned from Disneyworld.

Which isn't to say they may not have bought the kids really expensive panties that prompty got lost instead of given back to the RNC so they could sniff them. But that's not indicated in the quotes.

I think I deciphered what she was saying, or at least, doing. First, you have to realize, she wasn't speaking english, she was speaking moronic.

She didn't understand the question. She took the topic as being something BAD that McCain did, that's viewed negatively. And she - somewhat embarassed - begrudgingly acknowledged she agreed with what he did (even though she thought it was a bad thing). Then, she proceeded to try to explain how things would be better, yada, yada, yada, to get off of the topic that she STILL thought was a critique of McCain. Then she descended into madness and starting babbling.
