Do you feel like these clients really get it, or are they just trying to do the community buzzword thing?  It reminds me of the time I was in a Radio Shack during high school when a lady came in asking for a "multimedia" for her son's computer.  She didn't know what it was, but it was all he talked about, so she wanted to buy him a multimedia. Building community ain't easy...  I was shocked to see one of the listings local to me for a science museum was only paying $32-$35k for this role.
