I reverse my previous comments about Mr C. de Baca. It appears his "quote" in the BBC article should not have been attributed to him. This misreporting is now being used by unscrupulous party members Weh, Domenici, Wilson, and White as a power grab for New Mexico's most populous county. They have been looking for a reason to oust C. de Baca for personal reasons, and now this BBC blogger has unwittingly given them their ammunition.
