Power D is bit oily so it goes after your water based and light weight serum but before something even more greasy or heavier such as facial oils or lotions or creams. If you are using acid, try to make sure your acid goes before in your routine. It is not a gentle facial if you directly apply retinol, especially in medium-high concentrations, after your toner or acid without using something moisturizing or calming in between. But there is no harm to do so if your skin can one hundred percent tolerate it and show good results.

Re: CHEAT SHEET – VITAMIN A – STAGES OF CONVERSION

It is ok provided that you are sure that your skin can tolerate it. My advice would be doing your glycolic acid toning first and then following with a moisturizing/calming/antioxidant serum that is gentle and non-irritating, before you apply 2.5% retinol to avoid side effects such as over-dryness, peeling or redness or sensitization. Commonly by pairing a retinol serum with acid you would see faster better results if you do not experience any sensitization. PH is not a big concern here as provided that your retinol is a good formulated one it is stable in PH and hardly can be affected by another product with different PH
