Awesome pitch! The contractor/project model is very interesting in these economic times. I like his point about not hiring anyone until the job they'll do is well understood by you. You want to be an owner, not everyone on the org chart - but you need to understand their jobs and go deep when you have to.

On another note, it's interesting that slides like this (one point per slide) seem to hit home with me more than the standard format - fewer slides with more info per slide. Do you feel the same way?

Update...I switched to Toodledo because it integrates well with the Todo iPhone app from Appigo. Let's see if it actually helps me GTD :-)

I think you're referring to this photo. It looks like it's actually a Brazilian model, Katarina Sacht. Great use of flash in the photo.

Basically, I had a Casio EX-S880. It took some great pictures, and I was also very impressed with the videos. But (and this is a big "but"), it flaked out and stopped working one day. The lens extended when I turned the camera on, it made a few noises, then retracted and turned off. I sent it to Casio and they "fixed" it under their 1 year warranty. It worked again for a month or so and the same problem popped up again. I sent it back because it was still about 7 months from the original purchase date, but they didn't honor it this time. They said it had a scratch on it that showed misuse - but it looked identical to the first time I sent it in. They offered to sell me a refurb model of the same camera for another $200. No way. Why would I pay another $200 for a camera that broke on me twice? I told them to send me back my broken camera.

You didn't see the title font until I already changed it ;-) Compare the site with the screen shot above. (screen shot was the older font)
