Mix it all up with seasonings of choice, and within a total of 5 minutes you have a meat and veggie casserole in one dish. Fresh, hot, healthy, and fast!

Re: BigRigg Challenge

I replaced lose it with this app, because it has restaurant specific info. It cost $2.99 but is well worth it. This app will let you gather all kinds of nutrition information from all the places you eat.

iTunes Link: http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/...

Re: BigRigg Challenge

As far as meals and cooking, that is tough for me since I don't cook! But, Progresso makes some really good, filling soups that are 240 calories for the entire can, which is 18.5 oz worth of soup. Those are good, plus those little 100-calorie Snacks are a great way to eat a good-tasting food, but not overdo it.

Re: BigRigg Challenge

Great post, as I was saying in the other thread, my weakness is eating healthy. They warm nicely in the microwave in the evenings. Since I work a lot of hours at the office, this makes a quick trip home for dinner a possibility instead of the same old fast food.

Re: The BigRigg Challenge – Let’s Lose Some Weight!

Thanks, that Stuffed Chicken you linked to looks good. For lunch, I will normally stick to a sandwich and some baked chips. Dinner is where I struggle. I always start out with a bowl of high fiber cereal (the "Fiber One" with 56% of my daily fiber works well and is only 100 calories for a bowl WITH MILK), as this is good for me and takes the edge off of my morning hunger. I follow that up with a second breakfast about 3 hours later (usually a whole wheat English muffin with reduced sugar Raspberry preserves on it). This leaves me well over a thousand calories for lunch, dinner and snacks to stay on my safe 2-lbs-a-week goal. Lean Cuisine for lunch and dinner isn't easy on the wallet, but then I know exactly how many calories I'm eating and it's something tasty to look forward to.

Re: The BigRigg Challenge – Let’s Lose Some Weight!

OK, I did my weigh in this morning.
