Maybe I am one of those who has never had much success with things like this placed in my ears, but many of our customers sure seem to like these Jawbone devices. We suggest you give it a try and if it does not fit the bill, then we would consider taking it back from you.

Sorry. I surely didn't intend to be so obtuse.

You might remember the old ad campaign, "Try it, you'll like it"? Well, that's what I meant. If you buy this and it is absolutely wonderful, terrific. If not, then we'll take it back from you. We have a 30 day return policy that favorably compares with any out there.

There certainly is a lot of excitement over these Asus devices. Our buyers are working feverishly to get these in. Most sites don't list the 900 series yet, but we decided to present it as a pre-order. We hope to have them soon. Your patience and understanding is most appreciated!

NC47, we had this on pre-order. We did not say we had it in stock. In addition, we do not bill a credit card until an order actually ships. In terms of "the option of a notification when it comes in," we have such a feature called J&R Stock Alert Request which you will see a copy of below.
