This would mean that for every pound of muscle I gain, I would burn 7200 calories in a 24 hour period! I'd be dead in a week on my 1500 calorie plan. What were you thinking quoting that? &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you do your research, Tom Venuto quotes it at around 50 calories per day, per pound of muscle, and I tend to believe him.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">susan</dc:creator><pubDate>Sat, 30 Aug 2008 22:55:50 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
