The ability to suck multiple data sources together to create this picture of something is awesome.  I know one of the biggest troubles we have is behind/ outside the firewall tools. Outside the firewalls tools are developing so much faster than inside.  For example, I use Google reader as my rss reader but I can't get internal feeds. They've actually done a really good job with the integration.
